Steps to getting Your Analysis

Buying or Selling a Home!?
Did you know even if you are selling a home &/or buying another home, you must qualify for each home loan individually!?
Get Your Mortgage Lending Scores
1. Click on the "GET SCORES" Button
2. From the MyFico website - Choose the advance plan for $29.95 to receive all 3 scores. Click on "Start Plan" Button.
3. Sign up for MyFico - Enter Your Email & Create a Password. *This will be shared with Us to access your report/scores. Complete Signup Steps 1-4. *Do Not turn on or accept the 2-Step Verification (receiving a text to your phone. As we do not have access to your phone.
4. Complete the submission form BELOW that will include: Your Name, Your Email & Your Sign Up Credentials with MyFico. We need this information to access your scores so you can be provided with an Analysis & Next Steps to take for Homeownership.
5. Allow Us 7-10 business days to receive your Analysis & Next Steps. You will receive this via email that you provided us with. Please allow 10 days before reaching out on your analysis. There is no need to resend a submission.

You will also have access to all 28 of your FICO scores & your 3 Mortgage Scores.

TO AVOID FUTURE MONTHLY CHARGES: Go to setting tabs once logged into your myfico plan & cancel your subscription as soon as you have it set up.
* For 30 days you will still be able to access your scores & updates. NOTE: Mortgage scores only update EVERY 3 MONTHS with the advance plan.
